After you place an order with SOFTGLOWMIND, here’s exactly what happens — and when each step begins.
Your order enters our workflow immediately. Our team verifies payment details and item availability. Next, each product undergoes quality control checks. Then it is carefully packaged and prepared for dispatch. This entire preparation phase takes up to 48 hours — or, in some cases, 2–7 business days — depending on order volume, verification complexity, and inventory readiness.
Once dispatched, your package moves to a carrier partner. At that point, SOFTGLOWMIND’s direct operational involvement ends, and the shipment enters the logistics network.
Two distinct timeframes apply: one we manage internally, and one governed by external systems. The first — from your purchase to carrier handoff — reflects our internal capacity and workflow. The second — from handoff to delivery — depends entirely on how national postal services, regional carriers, and border agencies operate across different jurisdictions.
We own every step before carrier handoff: order verification, quality control, packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and timely dispatch coordination. We do not batch orders arbitrarily, nor delay dispatch without cause. If your order qualifies for expedited handling based on stock status and payment confirmation, our team initiates dispatch within up to 48 hours.
Once your package leaves our facility, its progress follows protocols outside our authority. These include:
These factors affect all international shipments equally — including deliveries to Russia, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Chile, Mexico, Ukraine, India, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Argentina, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates.
From dispatch to final delivery, transit typically takes 7–15 business days. However, specific transit timeframes cannot be guaranteed. That’s because customs officers review packages, local carriers schedule last-mile routes, and regulatory checkpoints operate independently of SOFTGLOWMIND’s systems. We control the steps up to carrier handoff. Everything after — including customs clearance, last-mile delivery, and local regulatory checks — follows national and carrier-specific protocols we can’t accelerate or guarantee.
